Jobs, Auditions and Talent Listings
(1) To add a job or talent listening, you must be registered with JobEntz.
(2) Only entertainment industry jobs including auditions, and talent profile listings may be added.
(3) In the description section of a listing no contact information may be included since there are fields in the listing for contact details to be included.
(4) All listings including some edits must be approved by JobEntz before they will be published.
(5) No content including images may be listed except where the talent or employer owns the content or they have permission from the copyright owner.
(6) Listing content must be unique and not same or too similar to another website or websites. This is because duplicate content is bad for search engine optimisation.
(7) All listings must be UK based. However, this will be changed later this year to include other countries.
(8) Talent and employers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with applicable laws and professional obligations.
(9) Should a talent or employer want their listing removed they can do this themselves. However, should they need JobEntz to remove the listing they must email removelisting@jobentz.co.uk and their listing will only be removed once they have been able to verify the listing belongs to them.
(10) All listings must not include any sexual content. Jobs and auditions themselves may contain sexual content but not the content in the listing itself.
(11) There are two profile (description) options; one located in account settings (initial setup) and the other when adding a listing. A listing must be added because if it isn’t, talent or employer profile will not be found on the website.
(12) Talent profiles in the initial setup under account setting must be left blank when registered user only has a talent listing since their profile appears in their listing unlike jobs and auditions listings which contain job information (along with other important details such as contact details).
(13) When optional contact details are submitted they will appear in the listing. However, upon request they can be removed or they can be removed by the talent or employer (or someone working on their behalf such as agent via their account
Registration
(14) Registration is instant and does not require approvement by JobEntz.
(15) JobEntz has a free plan as well as low cost plans. We appreciate donations to our community theatre is appreciated. Donations help fund Blackpool Community Theatre CIC. (16) Minimum age of registration is 18 years old, however this is expected to changed soon.
(17) Registration is required to access jobs, auditions and talent and use various features such as sending messages to employers and talent and marking listings to favourite list.
(18) Talent listings cannot be under the same account as jobs and auditions, so a separate account must be created. Auditions and jobs are to be under the same account without the need of a auditions account and a jobs account.
Messaging
(19) Talent are not permitted to message other talent via the website unless they are also an entertainment industry employer or someone working on their behalf such as an agent. Currently JobEntz is unable to disable messaging for talent, but if this rule is broken the user can be banned.
(20) All messages including attachments must be respectful, not sexually explicit or illegal such as harassment or any other form of illegal activities.
Our Role
(21) JobEntz is not an agent or employer, we simply act as a talent and employer directory.
(22) JobEntz should not be contacted regarding job opportunities, instead the talent or someone acting on their behalf (i.e. casting agency) should be contacted.

Complaints
(24) All complaints should be made by either calling 01253 532 095 or emailing contact@jobentz.co.uk
Plans
(25) The system permits numerous plans for the same user account when two or more paid plans are chosen and are active in JobEntz. When adding a listing, the package with the larger remaining limit is chosen automatically; there isn’t presently a way to choose packages manually. Although users can have more than one plan at once, they are unable to swap between them without buying a new one.
(26) Once a plan has been purchased no refund will be given should the buyer their mind.
(27) Should a talent or employer (including anyone acting on their behalf such as an agent) get banned by JobEntz due to their conduct such as inapproprate messages being sent to another user, no refund will be issued for any paid plans which overwise would not have expired.
(28) Talent members (i.e. actors) are only permitted to select ‘Lifetime Plan 1, which is free, and employers (including those working on their behalf such as agents) may only select the employers plans
Amendments To Terms and Conditions
(29) The terms and conditions can be amended at anytime, however such changes will not effect any agreements during the contract period.
